I thank each and every one of you. I thank Eva, Julia, Deborah, Dana, Deniz, Tomer and Sasha. I thank them for showing me that a book is truly capable of creating an intimate space between reader and writer. From my sad silence, I thank them, you and the audience. This attention confirms for me that literature is a lifeline for many of us.
